How a simple tool became a business

PrismaFleet is the latest venture from ActivLease, a specialist in leasing solutions for companies with medium and large vehicle fleets. While ActivLease focuses on helping companies secure the right lease contracts, PrismaFleet emerged from something much bigger: a customer-centric web application so effective that it became the foundation for an entirely new company. Developed in collaboration with Websteen, the application finally gives HR, Procurement, and Finance full control over their fleet, covering everything from costs and maintenance to fuel consumption and driver management.
