When Benkey acquired WTC Almere, it was immediately clear: this building had everything it needed to become vibrant again. But something had to happen. “WTC Almere needed a fresh start,” says Ilse van der Kooij, Marketing Manager at Benkey. “We believe real estate only truly pays off when tenants feel at home. We wanted to create a community with good restaurants, a pleasant atmosphere, and events that connect people. And of course, that also requires a website that conveys that feeling.”
High expectations
Benkey was in a hurry. Within eight weeks, a professional website had to be live that showed all the possibilities of the building, including the right functionalities. Ilse explains, “We didn’t want just a standard site. Tenants needed to see available spaces immediately and be able to calculate their rental price using a calculator. And all of this had to be presented in a design that conveys quality and experience.”
Quick action, great feeling
We got in touch with Websteen. “After the first conversation with Roy Jongerden, we knew: this is going to work. They understood what we wanted, immediately considered the technical side, and came up with smart solutions. The design they created hit the mark on the first try. And they kept the pace, exactly what we needed.”
No back-and-forth hassle
What Ilse appreciated most was the way of working together. “I had a single point of contact and always knew where things stood. When we needed to provide something, we got an immediate notification. Everything was clear. That sounds obvious, but in practice you rarely experience it this well.”
